You can feel like yourself again.

At Wildflower Wellness, we figure out what your body is holding and work toward something lasting.

If you've been dealing with tension that won't quit, a postpartum body that doesn't feel like yours yet, or pain that has followed you through pregnancy, you're not imagining it and you're not stuck with it. The body holds more than we realize, and it also has more capacity to heal than we give it credit for. At Wildflower Wellness, every session is built around what your body actually needs that day, not a script. And you'll leave with more than relief. You'll leave understanding why.

You're not imagining it. And you're not stuck with it.

The Practical Problem

What hurts right now.

Your body hurts, or isn't moving the way it used to. Maybe it's chronic tension that flares without warning, pain that followed you through pregnancy, or a postpartum body that doesn't feel like yours yet. You're compensating, working around it, but not through it.

The Emotional Problem

What it's costing you.

You're frustrated at your body. After months of change you didn't fully choose, you don't recognize yourself the way you used to. You're tired of having physical challenges to navigate, and exhausted by how much energy it takes just to feel okay.

The Deeper Problem

What's really at stake.

What's really at stake is your independence. Your strength. Your ability to pick up your baby, to move through your day without asking for help, to feel capable in the body you live in. You want to trust your body again. And you're quietly, desperately hoping that's still possible.

Every session is built for what your body needs that day.

First Time Client Session

60 or 90 Minutes · In-Office

Your first session starts with a real conversation. We'll talk through what's been going on in your body, where you're feeling pain, and what you're hoping to work toward. From there, the remaining time is hands-on work, so I can start getting a sense of what your body is holding and where we need to go. If you're not sure which length to book, 90 minutes gives us more time to both talk and work.

Returning Client Session

60 or 90 Minutes · In-Office

Every returning session is built around what your body needs that day. I'll have reviewed your notes before you arrive, and we'll start with a quick check-in about how things have felt since last time. From there, the full session draws from therapeutic massage, Visceral Manipulation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and myofascial release as needed. Nothing is on autopilot.

"I came to this work because I needed it first."

Getting to the root cause of pain.

I didn't come to this work by accident. I came to it because I needed it first.

Growing up, I dealt with physical pain that was tied to anxiety and stress. I remember saying no to things I actually wanted to do because my body just wasn't cooperating. It wasn't until I started looking at what my body was actually holding, not just where it hurt, that things started to shift. That experience is a big part of why I care so much about getting to the root of what's going on for my clients. I know firsthand that the pain is real, even when it's complicated.

Before starting Wildflower Wellness, I worked at a physical therapy office where I watched patients come in feeling pretty hopeless, and then slowly, with consistent care from someone who genuinely listened, something would change. You could actually see it on their faces. That's what I want for every woman who comes to see me. Not just a little relief, but real progress toward feeling like herself again.

I review your notes before you arrive. What we found last time, what shifted, what still needs attention. You don't have to remember everything. I've got it.
I ask about your life, not just your pain. Your job, your daily habits, how you carry your kids, how you sleep. All of it gives me a clearer picture of what's going on in your body and why.
I check in throughout. Pressure, temperature, positioning. Your comfort during the session isn't an afterthought. A body that feels safe relaxes more deeply, and a body that relaxes more deeply heals more effectively.
I'll answer your questions as we go. Understanding your own body is part of getting better. I love these questions and I'll never make you feel like you shouldn't ask them.

The most common thing I hear?
"I didn't realize I could feel this good."

Tasha creates a safe, relaxing experience that always leaves me feeling better than when I came in.

Ariell G. · Client

I had an incredible time with Tasha. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. 90 minutes was the perfect time frame. If you are looking for a massage, she's the one.

Grace B. · Client

I have loved every massage I have had with Tasha, and I'm extremely picky. She is very knowledgeable about the body, uses a variety of massage techniques that fit to what your body needs, and can really discern what muscles and fascia to focus on most.
